
Biography of the Founder of Aychefs Consultancy Services
Ms. Ülker is naturally creative and her professional career and education has been to her advantage. She has studied at Istanbul Ayvansaray University, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. However; as she wants to establish a business in the U.K, she has frozen her studies and has continued her education with an Erasmus Program in Croatia. She has continued her studies there for five months at Aspira University College in Split, Croatia. She then had the opportunity to take an internship as a Junior Chef at Ishtar Restaurant in London for two months in 2019.
Ms. Ülker has gained excellent experience in her short career. In 2017 she was a Chef Assistant at Piola Restaurant, which is based in Point Hotel, Istanbul where the main cuisine was Italian food. In 2018, she was based in Sosa Restaurant as a Chef Assistant where she prepared and labelled foods and prepared dishes such as salads, grilled fish, types of pasta and detox juices. In 2019, during her time in Croatia she was a Chef Assistant at To Je Tako Restaurant where the menu mainly consisted of Mexican cuisine.
Ms. Ayşe Nur Ülker presenting Aychefs Consultancy Services continued her personal development during quarantine period due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic and took Science and Culinary Course from Harvard University. Additionally, she had lessons from various famous chefs such as Ferran Adria, Jose Andres, Daniel Humm, Joanne Chang, Dave Arnold, Joan Roca, Dan Souza, Dominique Crenn, Carme Ruscalleda, Nathan Myhrvold, Bill Yosses and Enric Rovira.
In general, it can be said that Ms. Ülker has very good command in Italian cuisine and Mexican cuisine. Furthermore, she is able to cook healthy food and create special diet menus including vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free food.
